Notes
Community and culture is where the brand stops being a sender and becomes a context. A partnership, a program, a residency, an editorial platform, a community surface — each carries the brand into a room the marketing team does not control. The customer reads it as more credible precisely because it is.
We direct cultural and community systems with a fixed core and a refractive surface. The thesis travels intact. The expression mutates city by city, audience by audience, partner by partner. The brand reads as native everywhere it lands without ever having moved.
